changing the settings.plist template for iOS7 is ignored

Hi Neil,

thanks for letting me know.

Unfortunately i reported this to the Quality Center 

http://quality.runrev.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11772

Anything i can do now? Or will someone of Runrev take care
and delete it or mark it as duplicate?
