changing the settings.plist template for iOS7 is ignored

Hi Matthias,

This issue with LiveCode using the 6.1 settings.plist was brought to our 
attention when investigating the following bug-

http://quality.runrev.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11754

This bug and the settings.plist issue will be resolved in the next 
release of LiveCode
