Message order of mouseUp and mouseDoubleUp

This could be implemented, but I would rather handle it the old fashioned way.

I ran into this mouseUp/DOubleUp issue a year or so ago, in fact I think
one of the links to the archives was to the discussion that started.

I'm wondering if there might be an opportunity here to experiment with
something that is now commonplace on iThings/Androids and that is the "long
press".  I've seen examples of a tap on a button doing something than a
long press and those actions might be analogous to a single/double mouse
click.

It would probably take some training for us mouse users to get used to the
concept of holding the mouse button down for some period of time to do
something different than just a simple click but might be an interesting
experiment.
