Conference-DVDs arrived

Nothing from Kevin here either.  

I DID get a response from Heather, but that only contained instructions to contact her yet again (fourth time) if they don't arrive by tomorrow.  NO indication of what RunRev will do if they don't arrive.  Not acceptable, no way.
