Creating a browser window

Hello,

I am trying to build a simple browser in RR.  However, I cannot figure out 
how to create the browser window; there appears to be no such icon on the 
tools/component palette to do this.  

For instance, in Visual Basic there is a WebBrowser control – represented by 
a globe icon that creates a browsing window.

I had asked this question a few days ago, but never really got an answer.

I am new to programming and RR, so sorry if this is a stupid question.
