Hi Tom and all,
An update—the people at the remote end (actually in China) have gotten someone else on the case, whom it seems will be a better fit to work with our guy here to try to solve the problems. Previously, there was language/communication difficulties and we were getting nowhere, and our WordPress programmer was getting discouraged with the whole thing.
So, at the moment, I’m going to see if they can figure it out.
Thanks to all who jumped in to help. I do appreciate you all!
