LC 8 dp 16 does recognize Xcode Version 7.3 (7D175)?

You can have more than one version of Xcode installed in your machine. You
can find any version of Xcode on the Apple's downloads page.

Or use this link from Stack Overflow to get directly the .dmg from Apple
(requires Apple ID to login):
