Have you contacted RunRev about this? They would be your best resource, 
not only for marketing materials, but also for a list of developed apps 
and various resources. I'm positive they'd be delighted to help you out. 
They don't monitor this list as a rule, so your best bet is to write to 
Heather at support at runrev.com. I'm sure they must also have a number of 
marketing slides and materials from various conferences and speaking 
engagements they've given.
