The Script Editor

I don't remember such a feature but I get something like it. I just place a
heap of blank lines between Handlers, I use 7-10, you might need 20. When I
click on the Handler's name in the left hand column, if it is relatively
small, I can see the whole Handler but neither the one above or below. Even
if it is large and I have to scroll to see the bottom, I never usually
scroll far enough to see the next Handler.

It would be relatively easy to write a script that takes the script of an
object, counts the number of lines from the end of one Function/Handler and
the start of the next and simply inserts extra blank lines.
