I have a reorderable list field that creates a drag-and-drop effect similar
to that of Apple's iTunes.  It supports auto-scrolling and allows you to
remove a line from the field (with visual feedback).  It's not easy, and it
only handles a single line within the same stack, but it might get you
started.
