yep, but I guess there will be some bizness considerations along the way :
I don't think any skilled coder will accept to simply donate days or weeks
of work just to extend the features of a commercial product...
Long time users of Rev might probably accept to do that (just like some
list members release plugins), mostly because a more open architecture will
allow them to develop THE feature they need very badly...
But attracting new users / contributors might be a more tricky affair without
any prior clarification on how their contributions will be published along with
a commercial product...
I'm too busy right now to elaborate, but I guess you get my point...
