Connecting 2 stand alone programs.

Dear Sirs :

We need to know how to connect two stand alone programs.

For example : I have my standalone "menu.exe"

And I need to GO to the stand alone "programone.exe" 

The instruction go stack "programone.exe" don´t operate.. 

What I need to use?
