improve revolutoin list

How does one go about joining the improve revolution list?  I understand
it's only available to Enterprise users, which I am.  Is that correct?  I
sent a message to Heather at the first of this week but have received no
response.  Should I just be patient and wait to hear from her, or is there
someone else I should contact?  I would like to be able to test the upcoming
betas.
