OSX IDE Bug - Command-2 & -3

When in Rev 2.2 in OSX 10.3.4, pressing "Command-2" or "Command-3" 
moves you -two- cards in either direction. However, selecting the 
commands from the View menu (Go Prev and Go Next, respectively) moves 
you one card, as expected.

Tested on a new stack with no objects (therefore, no handlers). Also 
modified my Keyboard prefs to the longest "delay before repeat" just to 
eliminate that possibility.
