Why the padlocks inside the icons of Suppress Error and Suppress 
Messages are soooo small,  nearly impossible to detect if its open or 
closed without going more close to the Monitor? Far away from 
perceiving it without extra attention. (The change of the Toolbar text 
to bold does not help, if Toolbar text is set to invisible)
