Unless others follow Munich and adopt Linux as their standard OS.

Much as I dislike Unix (in my days, it was labeled the "user-hostile" 
O/S...or "guru-friendly" if one felt charitable), I'm rooting for 
Linux.

I just hope the Linux folks have a better sugar coating for command 
syntax than Apple:  the OS X Terminal app is pure retro:  1984 in so 
many connotations.
