Believe me, Scott, that's been the goal of my whole frustrating exchange.

If Network Solution was in charge of the President's security, not 
only would it have been impossible for an unidentified person to get 
on the press plane in Africa; the Chief of State himself would not 
have been been allowed on AF-1 after providing his identity code & a 
copy of his driver's license.

Not that anyone cares, but the problem arose when the registry trying 
to renew oenolog.com discovered the whois owner is smarttoolsinc.com, 
which I abandoned a few years ago, and I began the "easy" task of 
getting NS to update the whois entry.
