Scripts do not get saved with crash

If I save my stack, and then Revolution crashes (which it does every 
5 minutes), the changes I last made do somehow not get saved. Or 
maybe changes to the main stack script get saved, but not the ones to 
a button script.

Is this a known phenomenon?
