Hi.

Write a simple function that dissects the string you gave. (Pseudo)

function dissectOddFormat
  use itemDelimeters to isolate "06", "Jun", "2019", "09", "05" and "21"
  reform these strings into the date/time format local to your part of the
planet
  convert that new string to seconds or ticks
