Windows 10 and LC9.0

I've seen this too on Mac. The property inspector should auto-resize to 
accomodate all the controls in the current pane, at least for the 
height. I wish it would also resize to the minimum width so that we 
don't see such long option buttons on some panes, but the awkward widths 
aren't new.
