where are Livecode crash logs stored?

To further hijack this thread… I seem to recall Kevin demonstrating a  keyboard combination for getting LC out of some frozen states (not command - period). This was at a conference a while back (Atlantic City, perhaps) Anyone recall what the keyboard combination was?
