Slow Opening IDE

Hi Matthias

Brilliant, perfect diagnosis!  I've just added the log file to the exclusion list for Intego (didn't bother deleting it) and now LC opens instantly!!

This probably explains other slow opening issues with other apps, so it's really useful info.
