Bug 20117: new rc2 sets a backdrop, and preferences for same

Me too. Especially when my desktop is once again messy. And that happens quite often.

The backdrop function in LC even made me write a little tool which does something similar and layers over the whole desktop to hide the mess. Very useful when i demonstrate something to others on my computer.
