Added today #5: Circular (Polar) Image Distortion.

The distortion output is, not only in LC, somehow "jagged" at the border. I tried
to "soften" border using graphic effects. Bernd (bn) already showed me a nearly
perfect method for #4 (will be updated soon), sadly this can't handle transparency.
To everybody who's interested in image distortion methods:
Is there a general improvement for my method/settings in #5 (see the script of btn
"Effects")?
