Datagrids Jump when Scrolled

Hate to say it but the easy thing is to delete the datagrid along with it's template (it will as you) and recreate it from scratch. I've solved a multitude of Datagrid issues this way. Also, keep in mind that if there is something iffy with the data you are putting into the data grid that can cause issues.
