I had seen this report, but in my case the icon file attachment wasn't saved
and ddidn't threw an error. But perhaps it's the same issue.

This is reported under http://quality.livecode.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16689,
and it will be fixed in the next LiveCode 8 release.
