[ANN] New Version of the MasterLibrary is available

Never mind.  I didn't realize you had to "check" the box next to the
function you wanted to insert.  I thought by clicking on it and loading it
into the examples / notes screen was good enough.

So in short, I was able to make it work.  Sorry for the confusion!
