Yes I think I will make it available to the list users here, but be forewarned it makes extensive use of sqlYoga. In fact it requires it. If there is some particular aspect of the forms generator you are interested in, such as the actual filling of the forms, maybe I can throw something together for that. The database stuff pretty much anyone could do themselves.

I am currently rewriting the Excel Spreadsheet import functionality and the Forms Filling feature because I just got ahold of Zryp’s Excel Library and I want to be able to grab spreadsheets from a folder and process them without user intervention. Currently I have the user copy the spreadsheet and them parse the clipboard. I also found someone who had put together a Filemaker to PDF system, and I have been able to isolate what he is doing on the PDF side of things and morph it into what I am doing.

Unfortunately this is not what I do for a living so it will take some time to do it. Give it a couple weeks or so.

It’s a HUGE tool for me, and I am adding on to it regularly new features that make it even more useful. I have a button I click that opens a Google Map using their API so that it shows up on my iPhone when I need to navigate to the site! I am finishing up a feature which will take the Excel forms I am getting from the dispatcher and parsing the data in them to populate the database with. All I have to do is drop the spreadsheets into a designated folder and click a button, and next thing I know all the customer, site, copier and accessory data has populated my Sequel database.
