Major kudos for the new Release Notes:

1. Engine fixes now have embedded links in the PDF that open the 
corresponding RQCC report - nice convenience for getting background 
details on an issue.

2. Many additions and refinements to the Dictionary - critical for 
newcomers and ol' timers alike.
