windows run as admin what's the difference?

Hi Ralph,

Is it possible that one logs in as administrator, runs an app and the app still doesn't have administrator rights? What would cause this and how could this be solved without choose Run as Administrator from the popup menu after right-clicking on an app every time you want to start the app?
