Probelm with Convert

I'd say this is a bug. There's often problems with convert and system dates. Because of that, I suggest only to convert _into_ system date, but never _from_ it. That way, you will only use 'fixed' dates, and they are always an expected format for convert, so you won't run into random problems with some weird format that LC didn't expect.
