Code To Minick Control-A, Control-C, Control-V (Select All, Copy, Paste)

Of interest, if "Select the text of me" is in the mouseUp handler of the
field, it selects NOT all of the text, but all the lines from the mouse
location down.

I am pretty sure "Select All" has to be done by script --

select character 1 to -1 of fld x
