Can you disable the user from dragging a stack in a stand alone ?

Hello

I have been looking at the documentation and not able to find a way to lock
the location of the stack on a screen in a Stand Alone. I am creating an
educational piece and i need the students to not be able to move the Stand
Alone. 

I set the stack to fullscreen 

on preOpenStack 
   set the fullscreen of stack "writing" to true

end preOpenStack

After the stack opens i want to disable the user's ability to move the
program around on the screen by clicking and dragging it. In other words i
want it to stay at full screen to force the users to go through the activity
on the card. 

Any suggestions ?
