Dang!  I went to the page, it existed, Richmond had created a partial 
outline for the page and made an entry.  I believe it's a good idea 
so while waiting for breakfast, I wrote a segment to add to it.  When 
I logged in to Wikipedia to add it, the page had been deleted! 
Apparently the Wiki folks are not being user-friendly to the notion 
of a page that isn't fully written already :-(

Because the page was actually deleted, the discussion that took place 
behind the scenes regarding the keeping/deleting of the page has also 
disappeared.

Wikipedia is considered an encyclopedia, I'm not sure they would 
consider a Wiki-type project acceptible :-(
