Invoke Windows Mail client on Vista

Sivakatirswami,

You should be aware of the fact that revGoURL will not respect the
default Email or Web Client on Windows Vista.  This is due to Microsoft
changing the location of the "true" default program within the Registry.

You can, however, update the revGoURL command to respect this change if
you are up to modifying the IDE on your own.  A complete fix is

Otherwise what will happen is the New Message window will open in
Windows Mail regardless of whether or not the user has Mozilla
Thunderbird, Eudora or any other client set as the default.
