Where to Save Downloads -- Best Practice?

Hello Shari,

Application Data is meant for that kind of stuff. Every user needs  
read / write access to this folder in order to be able to use  
(almost) any application.
You need to create a subfolder the same name as your application, and  
there you can put all your data.
