I can't quite understand what is meant to happen here as I
assume the YES button is the one that will trigger the
web-browser and direct it to the website of choice.

If that is the case then the point of having a clickable
Hyperlink in the answer box itself is rather redundant.

However, there is a perfectly straightforward way to
achieve this by using a substack as a 'fake' answer box!
