ANN: MVC Primer version 2

After our discussion last night at MacWorld, I went back and reworked
my MVC example stack. Dick Kreisel pointed out a problem with grouping
controls and suggested a way to avoid having to use the long id of a
control. The reworking went pretty quickly, so I added some more
examples and changed my nomenclature to fit with the "traditional" MVC
pattern. Now available on revOnline in userspace mwieder.
