Richmond misses it, again: (quite apart from
misspelling 'Cyrillic'!)

archive now contains UTF16 encoded version

[OOO lists 'Unicode', 'UTF8' and 'UTF7' - 
thick Richmond took a few minutes to work out 
that 'Unicode' means UTF16]
