import snapshot PC vs OSX

Please keep in mind that you will have to pass the "shortfilepath()"
of filenames in your shell calls.

MCISendstring ONLY accepts short filepaths!

Drop a line if you need some assistance, although I have no big idea
of MCI, I am very willing to learn.

At least until Rev supports WindowsMedia natively ;-)
