Problem with accessing Rev. Learning Center

It isn't a URL error, it is usually a problem with the cache. You can 
usually fix it if you clear the cache. Click the RR icon in the upper 
right of the online viewer to get a prefs dialog. There is a "clear 
cache" button at the bottom.
