Win98 CD-ROM path workaround

Hi Stephen

While W98 dates a long time back, I know I've done this before...

if you build a launching "bat" file...
The batch file will start at its default location
then you cd myfolderinthecd and run stuff from there...

W98 not loading media at the CD's root level sound suspiciously wrong...
But it's always nice to put things together in a folder for copy 
paste/drag
 that folder around...

that's the easy solution...

The not so hard solution is to build a standalone that will look at its 
own path
find the folder and then do your installation... 

That's your best bet with full control in your favorite programming 
language
