Welcome to DMOZ.  That's one of the many DMOZ mirrors.

The quickest way to build that list is to use the "Suggest URL" link at 
the top of the page at the main DMOZ site:
<http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programming/Languages/Transcript/>

It's great that you want to help post the listings, but be sure to list 
the site owner's email address as the submitter so we don't get flagged 
for spamming.
