Replacing Answer/Ask

If you want to change the appearance and/or behavior of those dialogs, 
just make stacks named "Answer Dialog" and "Ask Dialog" and save those 
into a stackfile you can have the Standalone Builder include at build time.

But if the goal is merely to save size, replacing their with yours 
probably won't save you very much, even if you didn't include the 
error-checking or dynamic layout code.
