Graphic Question From Newbie about printing

I have many converted pdf forms that I include as stack cards and print to
good 300 dpi resolution on a laser printer. I save them as .png from
photoshop. When you import them into the card they are very huge but all you
do is double click the image as imported then go to "size and position" set
the width and height to screen resolution (for a full page that is 612 by
792 pixels) and be sure to check the box "lock size and position" then the
image will appear clear and the correct size on the screen and when you
print that card it will print at the 200 or 300 dpi resolution of the
original imported image. (if you want to be able to scroll that image on a
small monitor there is more cumbersome stuff to do regarding "groups")

Also if you show the "source" in the basic properties window as a link then
the stack will not have to store the images and will not get really huge.

I found this method of printing things cumbersome at first and am really
looking forward to the hinted at report generator that some secretive folks
are working on. Right now every blank on the form I have to have a field
that is filled with laborous code from my database. A form generator like
the "nine to five software" one for hypercard was much easier.
