Text to speech nonfunctional in standalone

You should not have to move anything manually. Unless you are moving 
your app + .bundle's to CD or another folder!!!

IN the DB there is an option for "All other Libraries" and It must be 
selected for the standalone to work right. The same goes for the 
videograb library too.
