REVTOOLS HACK 6+

Dear RR Afficionados,
  My RevTools hack has now reached what I feel is critical
mass - i.e. I don't intend to do any more work on it in the
foreseeable future.  I have redone almost all of the
palettes (more in-line with RR general interface
look-and-feel) and given users the freedom to choose their
own interface colour.

I do hope you will all download it and find it
significantly enhances your RR programming experience.
