Hi Mark,

Have you tried adding a log field and using the
'libURLSetLogField' command to see what is going on ?
Maybe there is no firewall at the client site, but it
could be their provider enforces the use of a proxy,
and has an automated script fot the
proxy-configuration -- in that case, setting the
'ftpProxy' property might help.
