alignment palette in version 2.0

It is there.  I had to search hard to find it.  What
you do is select two or more objects.  Then open the
Object Inspector.  At that point, Align Objects will
be an option in the menu.  I'm not sure if this is
documented yet.  I've never found it anywhere.  If
not, it should be.  Hope that helps.
