Panel Resizers and Geometry Manager

Hi All

After a discussion on the improve rev list convinced me that many users have
not yet seen to power of the Geometry Manager I decided to provide a nobject
library with a vertical and horizontal panel resizer. Instructions for use
can be seen in the description field in the Object Library.
